• Lolaab:
• -The restaurant is named after one of Kashmir's most picturesque valleys. The theme of this beautiful valley has been incorporated into the restaurant which overlooks the heated pool and offers a panoramic view of the pine-studded landscape. The Kashmiri ambience is evident in the 'gubbas' on the ceiling which create a warm and a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant serves Pan-Indian food including local Kashmiri cuisine, supplemented by Continental delicacies.

Arrival and Departure Policy

• Check in - 1400 Hours
• Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.
• Check out - 1200 Hours
• Late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.
• A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure

• If booking cancelled 15 days before arrival date then 25% of total amount will be deducted and if booking is cancelled within 15 days of arrival then full retention & no refund will be applicable.Full stay will be levied.
• Note: All bookings will be confirmed subject to 50% advance payments and rest payment one week before check-in of the guests else bookings will be released automatically without any further intimation and full stay will be levied.
• Effective 2nd October 2008, the Government has introduced a "No-Smoking" legislation for hotels, restaurants and all public places. As a consequence, smoking is prohibited in all parts of the hotel except in designated bedrooms where smoking is permitted.
